Conference registration includes admittance to main sessions, breakout sessions, Sunday night welcome reception, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, dinner Monday night, snacks and desserts. Add-on options will be available for Tuesday award dinner and styled shoots and bonus Wednesday workshops.
The hotel option is for a double occupancy room for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night and you will be paired with a roommate. You can book a full hotel room or any additional nights directly through the hotel with a discount that will be given to you via email after you register. The conference discounted rate is $189 +$12 resort fee per night +14.07% tax.
If you know who you want your roommate to be now, you can enter their name or edit your registration later to add their name. Otherwise a roommate of the same sex will be assigned to you in September and we will notify you then.

Standard double occupancy hotel room at The Buttes at the United discounted rate +14.07% tax. Roommates will be paired in September with other registered guests and you may request your roommate.
If you wish to book directly with the Buttes without a roommate or stay somewhere else you can decline a room.
