Showit will abide by all local, state and federal REGULATIONS surrounding Covid-19, will obligate all people present to wear NECESSARY personal protection equipment at the conference, will practice necessary sanitation procedures, and will perform its event as planned if it still can still do so legally under applicable local, state and federal law If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Showit due to Covid-19, vendor will have the option to be refunded in full or to transfer the credit to Spark the next year only.

VENDORS ARE AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITIES INVOLVED ARE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES AND INVOLVE THE RISK OF SERIOUS ILLNESS, INJURY AND/OR DEATH RELATED TO COVID-19. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND ITS ABILITY TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM PERSON-TO-PERSON CONTACT. THE PARTIES ARE ALSO AWARE THAT ANY PERSON MAY CARRY THE VIRUS AND BE ASYMPTOMATIC. THE PARTIES MUTUALLY UNDERSTAND THAT SHOWIT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANYONE AT THE EVENT HAS COVID-19 OR WILL NOT BECOME INFECTED WITH COVID-19, DESPITE SHOWIT’S BEST EFFORTS TO ABIDE BY STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS SURROUNDING COVID-19. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES, ACKNOWLEDGE THE DANGER OF ILLNESS INVOLVED, AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, INJURY, OR DEATH RELATED TO COVID-19.

Vendors hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the other party, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, on account of illness, injury, or death related to Covid-19 arising out of or attributable to participation in the conference.
